Health and Wellbeing Portal
A fantastic range of support, from podcasts and webinars to health checks and wellness programmes. Explore what’s available to you for free. This can be accessed here. You will need the username: Benevolent and password Fund.
Telephone helpline, available 24/7
If you prefer to speak with someone, you can call the free helpline which is available 24/7 and 365 days per year. Whatever your concern, be it personal or professional, they’re available to offer advice on a vast range of topics. Call 0800 030 5182 and say you are calling from the BDA Benevolent Fund.
Counselling
All calls via the helpline are triaged to ensure you access the appropriate services. As part of the support, you can benefit from telephone or face-to-face counselling. You can talk to a trained expert who can help with a specified number of sessions. Call the helpline to discuss.
Wellbeing Support for Dental Teams
The Wellbeing Support for Dental Teams resource provides information and tips for self-care and outlines how you can assess your own mental health and wellbeing.
