Leave a Lasting Legacy

When we think about the legacy we leave behind, many hope to make a positive difference in the lives of others.

Legacy giving is one of the most meaningful ways you can help ensure future generations of dentists continue to benefit from care, guidance, and financial assistance during times of need.

How to Leave a Gift in Your Will

October is Free Wills Month — the perfect time to consider how your legacy can support the dental profession.

By leaving a gift in your will, whether it’s a share of your estate or a fixed amount, you can provide lasting support for dentists, dental students, and families facing hardship.

Many of our supporters find peace of mind knowing that their generosity will live on and continue to help colleagues and loved ones in the profession they care about.

Free Will Writing Service

To make things simple, we’ve partnered with Farewill to offer you a free will writing service. This ensures you can put your wishes in place quickly, securely, and at no up-front costs. It’s a simple way to look after your loved ones while also considering the wider dental family.

Giving in Memory

In-memoriam giving is another meaningful way to celebrate the life of a loved one while helping colleagues in need. Families often choose to request donations in place of flowers at a funeral or memorial service. These gifts not only honour the person’s memory but also create a lasting tribute that directly helps others in need.

An Example of In Memoriam Giving

Recently, we were deeply honoured to receive generous donations from the friends and family of Kamyar Kaviani, given in celebration of his life as a devoted husband, loving father, cherished friend, and inspiring mentor.

Kamyar touched countless lives, both personally and professionally, and we were humbled to have been chosen as the charity to receive these in-memoriam gifts.

We’re so grateful to everyone who honoured his memory in this way and supported the profession he loved.

If you’d like support setting up an in-memoriam gift, please get in touch.

Why Legacy Giving Matters

Legacy and in memoriam gifts are a vital source of income for our Charity. They help us to continue offering essential support.

Financial assistance for dental students in hardship

Counselling for families facing loss

Practical help for dentists navigating unexpected challenges

Without the generosity of those who choose to give in this way, much of our work simply wouldn’t be possible

Make Your Legacy Count

By choosing to leave us a gift in your will or donating in memory of someone special, you become part of a caring tradition that strengthens the dental profession and provides hope for those who need it most.

Your legacy could transform lives for years to come.
