An adventurous administrator has joined our team this week.
Faye has a fantastic finance and administration background, which started in banking, moved to mortgage broking, and to a finance officer role for a small SEN charity for the past 10 years.
It’s not all work and no play though, as Faye explains:
“Now my children have flown the nest, one not too far away, the other in Santa Monica, California, I have lots of time for my outdoor passions.
I love walking and have walked with a group of 15 ‘girls’ for 20 years in our local country park every Sunday morning, where we have put the world to rights and supported each other through varying life events, good and bad.
I adore cycling, as long as there are not too many hills involved, and paddleboarding on the canal where my daughter lives.
I have recently taken up wild water swimming and visit Hampstead Ladies Pond whenever I get the chance, and the weather isn’t too cold. In the meantime, I take a cold water dip each morning in my outdoor bath!
I’m a keen bridge player, love the ballet, all sorts of live music and reading.
I’m excited to be joining the BDA Benevolent Fund, to support the great work that you do.” said Faye “I look forward to a long and happy career with the BDA Benevolent Fund.”
We’re very luck to have you Faye, welcome to the team.
