The BDA Benevolent Fund’s AGM was on 2 September, held virtually via Zoom. Further information and documents are below.

Key points from the meeting:
Dr Peter Crooks as the BDA PEC nomination was standing for an election which was approved.
Dr Chris Hayward, current BDA Benevolent Fund Trustee was standing for re-election which was approved.
There were four nominations to fill two vacancies on the Board and the new members elected were Dr Molly Deykin and Dr Alex Gormley.
