Annual General Meeting – Wednesday 2 September 2020 at 5 pm
Thank you for your interest in the BDA Benevolent Fund’s AGM which was on 2 September, held virtually via Zoom. Further information and documents for the meeting are below.

Key points from the meeting:
Dr Peter Crooks as the BDA PEC nomination was standing for election which was approved.
Dr Chris Hayward, current BDA Benevolent Fund Trustee was standing for re-election which was approved.
There were four nominations to fill two vacancies on the Board and the members elected Dr Molly Deykin and Dr Alex Gormley.
